1 Tickets
1.1 Tickets are non-refundable and 24 hours’ notice is required to change your session
1.2 Tickets are for a 90-minute session only at the agreed time.
1.3 Customers who have prebooked will receive email confirmation for your booking
1.4 prebooked ticket holders will have priority and we cannot guarantee entry for walk ins
2 Opening hours / Play Sessions
2.1 Sunshine Play Town is Open Tuesday – Sunday, 6 days a week
2.2 Each session is 90minutes
2.3 Between each play session Sunshine Play Town will be closed to clean the play area and no customers are allowed in during this time.
3 House Rules
3.1 Sunshine Play Town does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises, therefore all children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.
3.2 Our staff will be on hand to support imaginative play.
3.3 No external food or drink to be consumed on site and no food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play area. You are welcome to enjoy refreshments at the tables.
3.4 No shoes are allowed within the play area and socks must be worn if you do not have socks these can be purchased.
3.5 aggressive behaviour or language will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and you will not be refunded.
3.6 Please report any injuries or accidents to a staff member.
3.7 Please do not remove any equipment from the play area.
3.8 Prams are not permitted and must be left in our pram station.
3.9 If your child has been ill, please reschedule your visit for 2 days after their symptoms have gone.
4 Security and Privacy
4.1 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
4.2 Please only take photos of your own children for personal use. We will only share any photos of children playing on our social media, website or promotional material with prior written consent from parents/carers.
CCTV is in operation throughout the building.
